do u manage to be enthusiastic and still use consultative sales / SPIN / solution selling techiques?

and i know most sales people think they are consultative as they do not pitch product upfront, but this is not yet consultative sales it is just asking questions about potential needs/pains upfront. this does not work on the phone well, or does it for u?

Employees have worked very hard for bonuses that keep being delayed. Moral is low and people are quitting on paydays. The top bosses do not return phone calls and will not meet with the employees. Many people are looking for other jobs. What can we do in this situation? Thank you.
