How would i go about getting a job as a sales rep?

job dilemma.what should i do.help? comp sales or 911 dispatch?

okay here is my situation, i am currently in training to be a 911 dispatcher. So far, it is tough and i am indifferent about how i feel about the job. I make 28,000 a year there and around 6,000 more overtime. But recently i have got an offer to go back to Dell to do small business phone sales. It would be a mon-fri day job and the money wuold be a little better. I worked there before but got laid off, but i liked it a lot. Should i stay at 911 or should i go back to dell?

Also has anyone done either of these jobs before? What did you think?

I really want to get into pharmaceutical sales, Im a recent college grad. No luck so far ?

-I have 1yr+ experience in cell phone sales (was advised by a few diff pharma reps to get this experience)
-Im getting very frustrated with my job hunt because I’ve been applying and sending out my resume, but with no real leads.
-What can I do to get a face to face interview or atleast improve my odds???
